DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor. I am not a scientist. I am not prescribing any medicine, supplement, or treatment of any kind. I am not recommending any medication, over the counter or not. I am not recommending any supplements. All I am doing is sharing my own unique story and giving testimony to what I am doing and what my story is. What is working for me may, or may not, work for you even if we have the exact same diagnosis. Before you take any medication or supplement on this list, speak with a trained medical professional to ensure they are appropriate for your specific condition and experience. I do not and will not provide dosages, as they are unique to each individual. Most importantly, everything I/we do is backed by science and data. I test my bloodwork monthly and adjust what I’m doing based on my bloodwork results. The same goes for my scan results; if I see something in a scan that’s of concern, I/we adjust what I’m doing accordingly.
My diagnosis was Stage 4 Prostate Cancer (Jun ’20), with mets to lymph nodes and bones. Both of my kidneys, right lung and bladder were also impacted. They have reported holes in my L3 and T 8 vertebrae. I did not do chemo or surgery. I did five (5) palliative radiation session on my left hip because of the amount of bone lost to the disease – the bone in my hip grew back rapidly. I also did 1 palliative radiation session to my L3 vertebrae – the hole in my vertebrae had stabilized, but the hole in my T8 vertebrae has increased.
Some keys stats to provide you with a sense of my progress PSA was 4,646 now 1.12 (reference range is <3.11 ug/L) WBC was 9.4, now 6.6 (reference range is 3.5-10.5 10^9/L) RBC was 2.8 now 4.58 (reference range is 4.00-5.50 10^12/L) Hemoglobin 71 was now 139 (reference range 125-170 g/L) – I was told by a hematologist I’d never exceed 130. Targeting 148 Platelets were 33 now 292 (reference range 130-380 10^9/L) RDW was 19.9 now 13.6 (reference range 11.5-15.5 %) ALP was >6,000 now 69 (reference range is 50-112 U/L)
Diet – animal protein & veg. I’m highly intolerant to dairy, egg whites, glute, grains, and nuts Medications: I was prescribed these medications by the oncology team. I have no doubt that without them I would have died given the state I was in when I received my diagnosis. That said, my goal is to get off the hormone therapy as soon as the bone mets have reversed. Hormone Therapy: • Casodex – 1 st month • Eliguard injection into the subcutaneous area of my stomach every 4 months. • Erleada – replaced Casodex Off Label Prescriptions: – I will remain on this drug for life. • Low Dose Naltrexone (off label prescription) https://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org/ Low dose naltrexone (LDN) enhances maturation of bone marrow dendritic cells (BMDCs) https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24455776/
Natural supplements: I consider my IV-C sessions to be my primary natural/integrative treatments. I will continue my IVs for life. IV’s – these need to be done by a licensed naturopath where I live IV-C > 2 to 3 times per week, if IVs are too expensive, I take Liposomal Vitamin C Changes in the rate of PSA progression and the level of alkaline phosphatase during high dose vitamin C treatment of patients with prostate cancer https://riordanclinic.org/journal-article-archive/changes-rate-psa-progression-level-alkaline-phosphatase-high-dose-vitamin-ctreatment-patients-prostate-cancer/ https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/06/170612094405.htm IV > Artemisinin (Artesunate), 1x per 6 weeks. Doing this more often makes me anemic. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7564301/

I am a Reiki Master Teacher in USI and Karuna lineage, and a student of shamanism and many other forms of energy healing.
Personal Mantra: Our mindset is such a huge part of our journey. How we talk to ourselves is just, if not more important than what others say. Anytime anyone asks how I am, I always respond “I woke up today, it’s a good day!” Most important, I never say I have cancer, I always say I was given a cancer diagnosis – to me this distinction is important, as I refuse to give the dis-ease any foothold in my mind. I hope this information helps and I wish you all many good days to follow!
